Criteria for Tutoring Jobs at BrightSparkz

We are looking for tutors who combine strong academic skills with excellent communication and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Our tutoring jobs are ideal for those who are passionate about education and want to make a difference.

Academic Qualifiers

You must be currently studying at a university or have completed a post-secondary degree, with a minimum grade of 70% in the subject or subjects you wish to tutor.

Availability

Available at least two afternoons or evenings per week and able to commit for the full academic year to provide students with consistent, reliable support.

Preparation

Able to plan and prepare lessons that are engaging, effective, and tailored to each student’s needs.
